Just in case you’re looking for an English overview of, let’s say, a Japanese author’s rights or the neighboring rights provided by the Japanese copyright law, do not point your browser to the Outline of the Copyright System page at the Japanese Ministry of Culture website. The images used on the page are of extremely bad quality – better use the overview provided by the CRIC, which is as bad as the former in terms of accessibility (no title attributes and all that), but at least it’s readable.
