PSP region control fuzz: update

The rumours about a possible region-lock on PlayStation Portable games are cleared up, according to Gamesradar.com.

[Sony] point[s] out that PSP is region-free so long as you are gaming but is not region-free for watching films or listening to tunes.

So, good news for gamers, not so good news for those who want to use their PSP as a multimedia device—if I’m correct, this is even the first instance of a region-lock on music.
