Nude patch case settled
Remember Tecmo’s nude patch lawsuit of a while ago? Well, it seems like we won’t know anytime soon whether such nude patches (and other kinds of user mods) are legal under the DMCA: Tecmo settled with the two operators of the Ninjahacker.net website through which the software was made public.
